ORDER PAYMENT METHODS

Air Tech accepts major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal!

Purchase Orders are also accepted. Items may be ordered from our website, then upon checkout, simply click the “Purchase Order” option. Please fax confirming PO to Air Tech (949.661.2454)

Air Tech may call or email to verify cardholder ID, or purchase order authority, for your security.



SHIPPING

Please take advantage of our FreeShip$100! Program whenever possible!

Orders ship via UPS Ground Service (See charges below, based on invoice dollar amount purchased).

0.1 to $25 = $7.97

25.01 to $50 = 8.97

50.01 to $100 = 9.96

100.01 & Above = FreeShip$100! Program!

Please note - items not included in the FreeShip$100! Program are; Computer Furniture - Desks and Stands, Chairs, Adjustable WorkCenters (WorkRite), and Stance Ergo Chair and Desktop Systems. You will be emailed (and/or phoned) with actual shipping costs. Orders will process when shipping cost approval is received.

UPS Expedited Services (Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Select) may be requested during the order check-out process by making a request in the “Comments” section. Air Tech will email a quote for the requested service, and process accordingly upon customer approval of the Expedited Service shipping charge.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders, will receive an email quote for shipping. Orders will process when shipping cost approval is received. Note - Additionally, some Countries add an "Import Charge" which is not part of the International shipping charge but is collected by UPS at time of delivery.



ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

Air Tech makes every effort to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt (Excluding chairs, furniture accessories and special order items, which normally process and ship directly from the manufacturer).

Orders places on weekends or Holidays process the next business day

Orders shipping from the Air Tech Warehouse will trigger an email UPS tracking notice at time of shipment.

Orders shipping directly from a manufacturer will trigger a confirming “Web Sales Receipt” invoice notification (including product ETA), which is mailed to the customer when the order is processed.



RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellations must be requested as soon as possible but not later than 24 hours from order as most orders are in process within that time.

RETURNS

Customer must call Air Tech for an RMA Number, which is to appear on outside of shipping carton being returned.

Inventory for RMA (Return Materials Authorization must not be older than 30 days from invoice.

When requesting an RMA Number, the customer must provide the Air Tech Invoice and/or Sales Transaction Number.

Minimum 20% restocking/handling charge will apply.

For Credit, returned items must be in “New Product” condition ( In original packaging, clean, free of wear, markings, scratches etc.).

Hardware, software, furniture items and accessories are generally not returnable. (Note - Hardware items include input devices such as Keyboards, Mice, as well as Headsets. However, return consideration may be given whenever items are unopened or unused.)

Approved returns must be shipped “Freight Prepaid” by customer.
